This paper discussed the happenings of the newsgroup ALT.GOOD.MORNING, and the community known as AGM, during a period of two months in the winter of 1996/97. During this time the group was attacked by floods of purposful hate mail, designed to cause AGM to disintegrate. That did not happen. Despite the onslaught, AGM continues. Following NewYears vacation, the flamers dissappeared. They have not reposted since. | |
